Susanna Klovsky is much in demand as a lieder accompanist and chamber musician. She is a graduate of the Hochschule für Musik und
Theater in Munich, and the soloist class at the present day Haute école de musique Genève – Neuchâtel (Switzerland).
Together with Israeli Tenor and Cantor Yoed Sorek she has won the first prize in the category „Yiddish Songs“ among several other prizes at the International Competition for Jewish Music in Amsterdam in 2014.
She has held a teaching position at the Nuremberg University of Music since 2015 as a répétiteur in the singing classes of Siegfried Jerusalem and Susanne Kelling.
She also works together with institutions such as Bayerischer Rundfunk and the Bavarian State Opera on a regular basis, as well as with artists such as Brigitte Fassbaender, Angelika Kirchschlager, Michelle Breedt and Michael Nagy. The combination of music and theater is characteristic of various international projects, not only in Austria and Germany, but also in Mexico and Cuba.
Susanna Klovsky is regularly invited to perform at well-known festivals, such as the Richard Strauss Festival in Garmisch, as well as playing at international competitions, such as the ARD Music Competition, where she has been an official accompanist since 2009. Notwithstanding this, she also has a strong affinity for jazz, not least because her father was a jazz musician. This circumstance accounts for her deep artistic connection with Martina Silvester, with whom she founded Ensemble Clazzic.
